    This is the second time my husband and I used Ms. Mary Ann Romero and Imelda the receptionist/legal assistant for removal of condition on the green card. Once again customer service was outstanding. They know what they are doing and care a lot about their clients. Honestly I really don’t feel like one. I feel more like a family member. They always have a smile on their face even on the phone, no matter how many questions I asked. I will use Ms. Mary Ann Romero and Imelda again when I apply for Us-Citizenship.
